Prudencio Saez 4-CW (formerly model 56) Cutaway Electro Classical Guitar Thin body. This electro-classical guitar with thin body (75mm) has everything you can expect from a classical guitar made in Spain, with the addition of a comfortable and flexible cutaway body and electronics from Prudencio Saez. Made with a solid cedar top and rosewood back and sides, the model 4-CW from Prudencio Saez also incorporates a truss rod inside the neck which can be adjusted to the player's needs. The Alhambra Iberia Ziricote was already an exceptional guitar when it was remodelled to create a truly unique instrument to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Alhambra Guitars. The most important feature of this guitar is the singularly beautiful wood: the back and sides are made from Ziricote (Cordia dodecandra). This wood produces a deep and warm sound that is reminiscent of Spain itself. Although each guitar is always one of a kind, this is especially true in this model; it is much easier to notice the difference between one Iberia Ziricote and another. It has been designed with a narrow mahogany neck. Guitarists who play this instrument in live performances tells us that the ergoneck makes all the difference - it is a very comfortable instrument to play. The saddle and nut are made of melamine. This material transmits a lot of sound, without sacrificing balance. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood, which has a high grade of hardness, but at the same time produces elegant shades of sound.
