The soundboard of this Spanish classical guitar plays an important role in the full-bodied, warm and rich sound this instrument produces. It consists of a thin sliver of wood supported by 7 braces, with 2 harmonic bars at the bottom. The qualities of the woods used include a close grain count and high stiffness to mass ratio, which allow maximum output for the minimum input, and impart resilience, a lightweight build and resonance. Beautifully handmade in Spain, with an inlaid wooden rosette, this guitar is the perfect example of the love the Alhambra guitar makers have for their craft. The Alhambra Senorita 5P 7/8 from Alhambra Guitars. Special-sized classical guitar. This is a compact version of the Alhambra 5P model, with all of the first-rate features of the full-sized model. Designed for musicians between 140 cm and 150 cm in height, it has a scale length of 636 mm, providing easier access to all the chords. The solid cedar soundboard produces a full-bodied, warm and and rich sound, helped by a bracing that consists of a thin sliver of wood supported by 7 wooden struts and 2 winged harmonic bars at the bottom. The qualities of the woods used include a close grain count and high stiffness to mass ratio, which allow maximum output for the minimum input, and impart resilience, a lightweight build and resonance. Beautifully handmade in Spain, with an inlaid wooden rosette, this guitar is the perfect example of the love the Alhambra guitar makers have for their craft.
