The Prudencio Saez 8 guitar is a thoroughly worthwhile alternative to a low-cost classical guitar made in Asia, which will not offer the sound quality of this model. With a solid cedar or spruce top, Mongoy body, Rosewood fingerboard and bridge and a gloss finish, this guitar is perfect for beginners or as a second guitar. Gig bag included.

Alhambra 5P Classical Guitar

€893.39 €804.05

The Alhambra 5P from Alhambra Guitars. The soundboard of this Spanish classical guitar is a major influence on the full-bodied, warm and rich sound this instrument produces. It consists of a thin piece of softwood that is supported by 7 braces, with 2 harmonic bars at the bottom. The qualities of the woods used include a close grain count and high stiffness to mass ratio, which allow maximum output for the minimum input, and contribute to its resilience, light weight and resonance. Beautifully hand-made in Spain, with an inlaid wooden rosette, this guitar is the perfect example of the love the Alhambra guitar makers have for their craft. The neck of the guitar features an internal ebony reinforcement. For the construction of the body of the 5 P model, which together with the top is what most influences the sound of the guitar, we have used an internal bars design consisting of a thin wood that is supported by seven bars, two of them on the lower part. This construction system contributes to a stronger, yet lighter instrument, as well as improving the sound, giving it more body, warmth and richness. Available in senorita size. Alhambra 9730 Gig Bag included.

Alhambra Iberia Ziricote Classical Guitar

€742.15 €667.93

The Alhambra Iberia Ziricote was already an exceptional guitar when it was remodelled to create a truly unique instrument to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Alhambra Guitars. The most important feature of this guitar is the singularly beautiful wood: the back and sides are made from Ziricote (Cordia dodecandra). This wood produces a deep and warm sound that is reminiscent of Spain itself. Although each guitar is always one of a kind, this is especially true in this model; it is much easier to notice the difference between one Iberia Ziricote and another. It has been designed with a narrow mahogany neck. Guitarists who play this instrument in live performances tells us that the ergoneck makes all the difference - it is a very comfortable instrument to play. The saddle and nut are made of melamine. This material transmits a lot of sound, without sacrificing balance. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood, which has a high grade of hardness, but at the same time produces elegant shades of sound. The distance between strings and frets has been carefully set to add to the comfort of playing this instrument. This is a mid-range guitar that manages to combine beauty with high performance. Alhambra Gig Bag for free.
